What is the best automotive shop in San Antonio, Texas?
I live in San Antonio, Texas and I need to take my car in for an oil change and to have it checked out to see if anything needs to be replaced. I'm looking for a VERY reliable shop with GREAT service. Does anybody know a good automotive shop in San Antonio, Texas? Thanks and God Bless!
My car is a 1994 Acura Integra LS, all stock.
I don't live in San Antonio. But I can give you the same advice I give other people. Ask people you go to church with. Ask your kid's school teacher. Ask your co workers. Where do they go. Most importantly why do they go there. Have they been taking their cars there for years? Do they take all their cars there? Have they ever had any trouble with that shop, and if so, was it remedied in a fair manner.
You are looking for a garage that has been in business for years and that people take their cars there regularly. Not just because they get a good deal, but because they get good work. And the shop stands behind their work. Don't be afraid to ask people where they go to. And when you decide where you want to go make sure you tell that shop "Mr and Mrs. so and so recommended you". This puts the garage on their best behavior because now they run the risk of upsetting 2 customers with one car.
Also try to get a feel of how long that shops mechanics have worked their. If the garage treats their employees well, the employees tend to treat the customers well.
Once you have found a shop recommend them to others as well.

How much do you pay for electricity in the San Antonio area?
I'm looking for people that have homes that are 3000 sqft or larger and run their AC/Heating pretty much 24/7. I usually like to keep ours around 72 to 74 during the day and 76 at night. So how much do other people pay in the San Antonio area for a similar setup?
Contact your electrical utility. I'm sure they would be happy to help you estimate this. However, you have to know there are lots of variables - how much shade does the house get? What color is it? More importantly, what color is the roofing material? How much insulation does it have? They probably will only be able to give you an average.
If you are looking at a particular house, they could probably give you an estimate of annual electrical consumption, or could give you an estimate of the average for such type homes in the area.
