Why do people say Kobe is the next Michael Jordan?
Everybody says that Kobe is the next M.J. But he isnt even as good as Magic or Bird. Kobe is a great player but there will never be another Bird or Magic much less another michael jordan
So wat do you have to say where do you think Kobe ranks amoung the all time greats?

People want to compare him or rank him over players (Magic, Bird, Jordan) who LEAD their teams to multiple championhips and DOMINATED THE ENTIRE SPORT ITSELF! Kobe has yet to do that. Until he does he should not be mentioned in the same breath as a those legends.
So where does he rank...let's see...I'd say he ranks anywhere from 14 on down. So he is as we speak, at best a top 15 or top 20 player all time.
