- His numbers were less when he was with Minnesota
- He was alot smaller when he was with Minnesota
- He had heart murmurs, fatigue, and stress which are all symptoms of someone using steroids
- He said that he doesn't think that steroids is cheating
- He defends Barry Bonds
- He says he doesn't know if he ever used steroids
Pencils, I googled "David Ortiz steroids" to see and read about eh accusation if there were any and this is what came up.
No one other than Ortiz truly knows if he ever took PED, but his decline in production this year can easily be explained by this wrist injury and the absence of Manny hitting behind him. Youkilis is a good hitter, but he doesn't strike fear in pitchers the way Manny did that makes them pitch to him.
