How do I get in touch with the "Wise Guys" of sports betting?

I often hear about the "Wise Guys" the professionals that make a living or good money on sportsgambling. I've betted recreationally over the years and kept several spreadsheets. I have come to the conclusion that sports gambling or should I say sports investing has a lot of potential if you are disciplined and do it right.. I have followed the stock market as well and I find that it's not much different from sports gambling as both require extensive research and record keeping... So, my question is, how do I get in touch with the professionals of sports investing as a way to network and learn what they learn..
It's not like they are in the phone books... Are they?

Most professional gamblers, be it sports betting or otherwise, are not just going to teach you their trade if there's nothing for them to gain. Think about it: If every professional sports bettor pooled their knowledge and made the same bets, the odds would change and none of them would make money. It's in their best interest to keep their knowledge to themselves or sell it. All you can do if you'd like to learn to make the proper picks yourself is learn everything you can about methodology from the printed material available (never trust online crap) , and study the games and teams you want to bet on thoroughly so you can make informed decisions.
